Retort Sausage Auto-Detector

The Retort Sausage Auto-Detector integrates intelligent visual sensor and high voltage pinhole detection sensor to inspect the sausages. It uses intelligent visual sensor to replace human eyes to complete the inspection task, and each device is equipped with three sets of visual sensors, and three sides of the sausage image are captured separately by these sensors. The image features of sausage are extracted with our image processing software, and the appearance defect detection task can be completed within 100 milliseconds. The high voltage pinhole detector can detect small defects which cannot be recognized by the visual sensor such as puncture and tear of the sausage body by using the embedded weak signal processing technology platform. It realized the automatic production of retort sausage packing process, significantly improved the automation of retort sausage industry. Until today, 230 units of the retort sausage auto-detector are running in the world largest retort sausage manufacturer—Shuanghui’s factories.
